01  Initiation and Membership of the Association

Proposed by Li, Yin, a senior expert in the cochlear implant industry, in October 2010, it is a public welfare organization co-initiated by four cochlear implant recipients. It is a national, non-profit social organization voluntarily formed by Nurotron implant recipients nationwide, as well as staff from enterprises related to Nurotron cochlear implants and medical workers. It serves as the representative organization for Nurotron cochlear implant recipients.

02  Purposes of the Association

Adhere to the principles of unity, equality, and mutual self-help; with professionalism and compassion, we assist cochlear implant users in their rehabilitation, and provide multiple supports in technology, theory and practice for implant recipients to break communication barriers with people with normal hearing, overcome social anxiety, and integrate into society better.

Safeguard and promote the brand image of Nurotron, and act as an effective communication bridge between Nurotron Company, people with hearing impairment and implant recipients.

Together with people with normal hearing, we attach importance to hearing protection, contributing to the goal of “Hearing Health for All”. We advance the construction of information accessibility, so that everyone can equally feel the warmth of society.
