Mission
Help the hearing impaired hear.
Help the visually impaired see.
Help the paralytic walk.
For people suffering from severe and profound sensorineural hearing loss, you hope to bring them the latest technology with surgical pains as few as possible. Now with the Nurotron cochlear implant (CI) system, you can make this easier.
The 24-channel electrode array and 0.3mm slim tip new technology deliver enhanced auditory effects. With innovations in every part of cochlear implant, surgeons can perform procedures with less bone drilling, and patients can experience greater hearing improvements.

We provide a full range of cochlear implant accessories, including signal processing units, rechargeable BTE batteries, transmission coils, and external magnets.
They are designed to enhance Nurotron device performance, comfort, and longevity.
With these accessories, you will get the most out of our CI products.
A CI system is a medical device that allows individuals with severe to profound hearing loss to perceive sound. It contains two parts, the internal cochlear implant and the external speech processor.
Unlike hearing aids, which amplify sound, cochlear implants bypass the external ear and middle ear to directly stimulate a group of neuron cells, also known as spiral ganglion cells. This technology can dramatically improve the quality of life for those hearing impaired.
The speech processor collects sound through a microphone. The signal processing unit receives, encodes, and digitizes the collected sounds. The encoded signal is sent to the implant via the transmission coil.
Under the skin, the stimulator decodes the signal and converts it into an electrical signal, which is passed to the electrode in the cochlea. The electrode stimulates different parts of the cochlea according to the sound frequency.
This stimulation causes the auditory nerve to generate nerve impulses and transmit them to the auditory center of the brain to enable hearing.
For sensorineural hearing loss, Our implantable hearing device system has been designed and manufactured with full care. After cochlear implantation and following clinician-guided aural rehabilitation (CGAR), users may have benefits in the following aspects.
Noise Reduction
In cochlear implant manufacturing, we innovate E-voice noise reduction technology. This technology in the CI system aims at reducing the background noise so that the user can catch and understand the sound signal more easily. In other words, users gain progressive benefits in speech, sentence, and emotion recognition perception. This is especially important in an environment full of many kinds of sound.
Speech Recognition
Nurotron hearing implant systems help people with hearing loss hear and speak more effectively. This system uses a tiny implant so that more residual hearing can be retained. Thus in daily life, you can hear sounds more naturally and easily recognize them. Preserving residual hearing is beneficial for users as it allows for a more natural perception of sound and better auditory feedback, enhancing their speech abilities. For children, in particular, maintaining residual hearing helps them learn and imitate pronunciation correctly.
Quality of life (QOL)
Long-term memory and speech perception are significantly related. By using a cochlear implant system and participating in aural rehabilitation and regular hearing practice with others, CI users can improve their self-perceived competence and confidence. Nurotron has built a “Nurotron community” and provides 24/7 for users to help users in the journey of hearing rehabilitation. We encourage them to share their stories with our cochlear implant solutions and connect with others in this community so that they can get as much help as possible. By doing so, we hope to have a positive influence on their social activities and quality of life, enhancing their sense of recognition and reducing the risk of depression.
