The 8th World Congress on Cochlear Implants in Emerging Nations from has ended successfully. This is a unique opportunity to access the reality of hearing health and otological implants in emerging countries. These countries mean 2,325 million inhabitants, representing 30% of the world population, which makes it potentially the most important meeting due to the percentage of the population with hearing loss that we represent.
As the sponsor, Nurotron stood out at this conference. While receiving praise for the products from many doctors, it also let them know more about Nurotron’s own cochlear implant technology and achievements. On the afternoon of the 15th, at the Nurotron’s symposium, Dr. Santiago Santa Cruz, head of the Otology Department of the University Hospital of Salamanca, gave a speech with the topic of “Experiencias con IC Nurotron”; Dr. José Manuel Colmenarez, director of the Cochlear Implant Program in Barquisimeto Venezuela, shared “Venezuelan Experience with the Nurotron Cochlear Implant”; Dr. Li YIN, CMO of Nurotron, introduced in detail of “The Origin, Clinical Application & Development of Nurotron Cochlear Implant system”. We believe that with the real cases and experiences of Nurotron cochlear implants, more and more people recognize our technology and products which really makes sense in this field.

After the symposium, Dr. Xiuyong Ding also shared the wonderful and valuable cases of cochlear implant surgery (Topic: Surgical Methods and Postoperative Outcomes of 535 CI Cases with Cochlear Ossification). As we all know that in real surgical cases, good products speak for themselves.
